Short term Double room EN SUITE Victorian house

Great Victorian house with character very close to beautiful Alexandra Park with its great cafe. Up to 2 month let only.

SHORT TERM LET -I now have a double room available - with its own shower and a separate WC etc. From March 6.

The first floor double room is £600 per month (£700 for a couple) (all bills included)

As we are still in the pandemic it is important to stress that the rooms are being thoroughly cleaned prior to rental and we are taking as much care to reduce risks at this difficult time.

Anyone moving in needs to be able to demonstrate they have had both vaccine jabs and a booster jab and share a negative Covid test from a day or two before arrival and do their best to reduce risks as well while here. I am on the vulnerable list so it makes it more important I am afraid..

New dishwasher. washing machine and fridge freezer in last 18 months or so. You will share a kitchen/living room on the 2nd floor of the house. The rooms have character furniture and are newly carpeted.

Fun friendly house - a nice atmosphere. Looking for friendly, tidy, reliable outgoing people.

The house does not have parking but there is free street parking nearby (spaces opposite on road and in nearby roads) .

It is central, close to the park, and literally right on a bus stop into town and the station. Another station is a 10 minute walk away. There is a general shop, green-grocers and butchers, and a fish and chip shop and a Chinese restaurant all just a short walk away.

The house is fab - a Victorian terrace in a green and leafy spot - broad avenue, nice architecture etc.

Me - I am a Communications Director for charities (on and off!) and you also need to know that I have a quiet, very well behaved friendly dog who I rescued years ago in Italy- known as the most 'chilled out ' dog in the neighbourhood. Very gentle and sweet - and quiet and clean! I also have a new 12 month old puppy , a very small, quiet and cute Yorkie/Norfolk terrier mix.
