Before I describe the offer please note that I work from home so you must be employed outside the home DURING THE WEEK. No shift workers.

The room is a sunny double room at the front of the house which is furnished with a double bed, arm chair, coffee table, wardrobe, drawers, bedside table with drawers, a table and dining chair, other storage space under the bed. A TV may be available (no TV ariel socket) the photos don't show the size of the room accurately. Some furniture can be removed as necessary.
The room available is in a non-smoking, three-bedroom house in a quiet non-estate area on the border between Hastings and St Leonards, close to Silverhill and Falaise gym and swimming pool. The Conquest Hospital is 10 mins drive, Hastings and St Leonards train stations, bus routes, supermarkets, Alexandra Park, the town centre and the sea are all within easy walking distance of10 - 15 minutes.

The bathroom and toilet are separate rooms; the bathroom has a bath and a powerful shower overhead. There is an additional toilet opposite your room.

The above facilities alongside the kitchen and lounge, would be shared spaces, you have your own fridge with freezer compartment near the kitchen.

The house has a large back garden which backs onto woods which lead directly to Alexandra Park. Patio and quiet areas to enjoy the natural beauty surrounding you are available in the large peaceful garden.

WiFi included, with all bills
including council tax and reasonable energy bills.
