Double Room close to town centre

My housemate and I are looking for someone to move in at the beginning of March (1 year min contract)

We're two creatives and we are currently working together from home.

** The ideal housemate: **

- Tidy and clean
- Someone that loves to cook together
- Someone that respects lockdown rules whilst we're living through this pandemic!
- living with another creative would be cool (great to exchange skills and ideas) - but not essential of course
- Don't mind living with a smoker, but please smoke outside

- Renovated two years ago
- 3 bedroom house
- Living Room
- Garden and patio area
- Spacious kitchen & bathroom
- House is furnished, room is unfurnished

Location info:

1 minute or less walk: Morrisons Supermarket, Petrol station, Pubs, Off License Shops

5 minute walk: Hastings Town Centre, Alexandra Park

Less than 10 minute walk to the beach or to the top of the West Hill (gorgeous views of the Old Town)

10 min walk to Hastings train station

Parking: You would have to apply for a residential permit (costs approx £20 for 3 months)
