Very quiet and peaceful double room available in beautiful house.

Two rooms available: One with huge built in wardrobes (futon bed in photos has now been replaced with a double bed with headboard and built in storage underneath). Other room less storage - though plenty of room to increase storage facilities.

Use of kitchen, breakfast/dining room, bathroom and piano.

Large garden, patio, and stunning far-reaching sea views to rear.

Baby therapy goats at bottom of garden. Well behaved trainee small hypoallergenic therapy dog lives in the house too (though strictly only in some areas). Owner has stewarded land and animals before and has very high standards of behaviour from her pets.

Gas central heating.

Gas, electricity, water, council tax bills included (monthly rent to be reviewed on a quarterly basis to reflect energy rates)

Sharing with creative home-owner who wfh part-time, and at Conquest Hospital part-time.

Weekly cleaner.

½ mile to St Helens Wood (10 min on foot)
1.3 miles to Conquest Hospital (5 mins car, 25 mins on foot)
