It is actually two furnished, smallish double loft bedrooms, located opposite each other. Available for ONE person, in a peaceful, convenient home. From 15 April onwards.

Also please note: It is likely that I'll put the house on the market soon. *This does not mean that it'll sell soon,* of course. But this possibility should enter our discussions.

One bedroom has a double bed, a light, a desk and a chair; a washbasin and a mirror; as well as a large rug, two other lights, a small bookcase, and a towel rail. The other bedroom has a single bed (can be used as a couch), and a metal ('industrial') clothes rack.

I am looking to rent to a professional person. I work from home, but If you wish to work from home with the result that you are home all day all week, we must discuss this in advance.

It's 2 mins from Priory Meadow shopping centre, the post office, M&S, etc. Seven minutes to Morrisons. Five minutes to the sea, 5 minutes to West Hill. Near the Old Town (12 minutes' walk). Despite the central position, the area is quiet.
