Renting double room out based on westhill

I’m renting a room out based on westhill lovely views from room comes with toilet and bath in the room, got a double bed, wardrobe and draws already included in room can have access to living room downstairs and kitchen and downstairs shower and toilet also includes garden too which is very big and lovely in the summer to sit out in. The views are amazing from the bedroom which overlooks the easthill and sea.
I live in the house too in my own room so will be living in the house too ideally looking for someone who isn’t a drinker overly who has manners and won’t damage the room and will take care of it unfortunately it’s no pets allowed I’ve got my own cat and he would be uncomfortable with new pets further more on that must be someone who would like to live with a cat with me he’s always outside most times anyways but he’s lovely. The house is a 10 min walk from town 20 max so it’s worth the money especially if you work in town or the surrounding area of westhill. Please feel free to contact me regarding the room.
