The room is set up for both comfort and productivity, featuring a shelving unit, bedside table, and a chest of drawers that converts into a desk. It also comes equipped with its own TV and Bluetooth speaker.

This is a creative and well-equipped home with a great layout. You will have full access to:

• The Kitchen: A chef’s dream. High-end appliances, a good coffee machine, and plenty of space. (I am a pizza chef, so the kitchen is kept to a high standard of cleanliness, which is great if you enjoy a spotless cooking environment!)

• The Lounge: A relaxed space featuring a pool table and a projector for movie nights.

• Outdoor Space: A private courtyard garden.

• The Tech: Super-fast fibre broadband throughout.

The Location
Perfectly situated with plenty of on-street parking and easy access to the best of Hastings.

About the Household
You will be sharing with me and Jacques, a very friendly, laid-back cat. I am a music producer, pizza chef and designer with a passion for surfing, cooking, and bikes. While I am a busy person who values my own space and privacy, I am always up for a game of pool or sharing some fresh pizza when the oven is on.

The Ideal Housemate
• I am looking for a clean, tidy professional who fits into a creative and active household.

• Work: I would prefer someone who works out of the house, but I am open to discussing WFH for the right person.

• Cleanliness: Since I use the kitchen for food work, I am looking for someone who naturally clears up after themselves and values a tidy shared space.

Terms & Pricing
I am offering flexible stay lengths, so this could work well for someone looking for a short-term base or a longer-term home.

• Single Occupancy: £625 per month (All bills included).

• Couples: £900 per month (All bills included).
