Note on access*
This is a unique and very old property and in keeping with its age and style the staircase to the first floor is steep - this may not suit anyone with mobility issues. .
There is also no banister to the basement staircase - although there is a sturdy handrail. again this may not suit everyone.

Note on location*
As we are right on the seafront we are in the hub of things in Hastings - it can get busy with lots of people and things going on nearby - especially during high season and during special events. Then you are perfectly positioned to access everything Hastings has to offer. Being right on the seafront and first in line means you also have spectacular views and you are able to just pop out to immediately be in the throng of the things right on your doorstep but also to pop back home anytime to easily escape to your own seaside retreat with just a stroll across the road to and from the beach and amenities.
