Bright bedroom in spacious maisonette 1 month let

Bright double bedroom in a spacious and colourful maisonette in great central location close to the beach, Alexandra park, stations and the big Morrisson’s.

I usually live here but I'm away for August so am renting out the whole place. I am looking for someone who is happy to look after my plants (water them once a week in hot weather, less when it's cold) so I’ve made it quite cheap for the size and location to take this into account. It’s a nice place to work from home. It is a bit rough round the edges - the bathroom in particular is in need of renovation, but it is homely and a nice space to be in.

This is my home and I love it, so I’m looking for someone who is respectful and will treat the space with care - as in, be clean and tidy, not have wild parties where things get broken!

Rent includes council tax (band A), water and internet bills but not electricity which is variable, and a percentage will be added to each month. In general the house is well insulated and has a good energy rating so these have not been too high.

Couples are okay but will be £850.

Because I work 6 days a week in London at the moment, I’m only able to do viewings on Mondays.
