Single Room available in a lovely Hastings flat

I am a living tenant and I have a small room to offer. The room so far has a desk and I am currently looking for a single (or queen bed). If you have your bed there's a possibility to bring it. (photo of the rooms to come...)

The house has a shared living room which is really bright and has a view on Alexandra Park ponds! There is also a patio and a big garden and an equipped kitchen.

I am 31 years old and I work full-time in hospitality and in the creative industry, I am really easy going and I have lived in flatshare for about 10 years before moving in here by myself.

I have cat called Yuki, is goes outside and his very independent and loving. I won't allow any other pets and you must love cats :)

I am very flexible on what I am looking for, I am happy to have short terms and I wouldn't commit to more than 2 or 3 months at this stage, but if you are the right fit, perhaps you can stay longer too :)
