Single Room available in a lovely Hastings flat

I am a living tenant and I have a small room to offer. The room has a chest of drawer, a desk and a single bed.

The house has a shared living room which is really bright and has a view on Alexandra Park ponds! There is also a patio and a big garden and an equipped kitchen.

I am 32 years old and I work full-time in hospitality and in the creative industry, I am really easy going and I have lived in flatshare for about 10 years before moving in here by myself.

I have cat called Yuki, is goes outside and his very independent and loving. I won't allow any other pets and you must love cats :)

This is my last month in this house and I am moving out from on the 30th of January, therefore the room will remain available only until that date. I am flexible for short stay (1 week or 2 weeks and the rent will be calculated pro rata).
