Close to the Conquest Hospital, I’m a student nurse and worked in healthcare for many years. So understand shift work, would be nice to find a fellow healthcare worker, but not a must.
Only 6 minutes away from Ore train station.
Close to local supermarket, and other convenience shops, and a 7 minute drive to Hastings County Park.
Lovely private garden, with patio and two raised vegetable beds and green house.

Third bedroom is an office, and fourth bedroom has exercise equipment in. I am happy to share the office space and other room.
I have two small dogs, they do not shed hair, so not a hairy dog house, they do like a fuss though.
Normal bills to be included, gas, water, electricity, council tax, any tv subscriptions I have.
I would like to find someone that wants to rent a space to call home. I live quite a quiet life, and it would be nice have things in common with a new house mate, we can get along but also respect each other’s personal space.
It’s a good size house, and I don’t plan on renting out another room, so there’s plenty of room for two people to live comfortably here.
I also have a log burner, which is great in the winter.
Gas safety certification up to date, and hard wired Nest smoke and carbon monoxide detectors down stairs and upstairs.
