Lovely attic room for temporary stay

I am planning to move as this house is too big for me to manage. But I have not found anywhere and it will take me at least six months. Someone could have the benefit of that room temporarily - say a locum doctor or short-term nurse or similar.

The house is in a great location near Hastings New Town, and a 20 minute walk to the Old Town. The room is lovely and I am happy to share my house but be advised that it is four floors up from the kitchen and there are a lot of stairs. There are facilities up there - microwave, fridge air fryer, sink, storage and so on and your room is your own. Share house bathroom (one floor down) with one other lodger and occasionally me or my visitors. It's a lovely big room in a great street, and I hate to leave this house but I am having difficulty with stairs and so on. Happy for you to use the garden, and I am quite sociable should you want a chat in the evenings. One lodger works from home but I would like someone who goes out to work during the day. Please be aware that this is a house share and not a tenancy so there is no security of tenure, and the house will be on the market. That said, please call me and arrange to come round. I will post photos in a couple of days after the present lodger moves - she has been here two years and is only moving because I am planning to move.
