Medium sized double bedroom available in old cottage in Hastings Old Town. Living room, kitchen, bathroom and small private garden shared with 1 other existing tenant (and dog)

Details:
House is furnished. The available bedroom has a double bed, vanity and a small inbuilt wardrobe. If you have a lot of your own furniture it unfortunately will probably not be suitable for you.

Property/Area:
Traditional 2 bedroom cottage with private back garden. Over 3 floors, bedrooms are on separate floors.
Situated in the heart of Old Town. Less than 5 mins walk to the beach, and right by the East Hill so great for walks.

Please note the following before messaging:

- Not available for short term lets (6 months min)
- Single occupancy only.
- No couples or children.
- No full time students.
- Must like dogs! (but not have any pets).
- The property is unfortunately not suitable for anyone with accessibility issues due to steep narrow steps both inside and outside, sorry.
- Rent doesn't include bills, which are split between tenants.

To be eligible for this property:
- Must be in employment and able to provide proof of income.
- Required to pay deposit, equivalent of 1 months rent.
- References required.

It's not a party house. Just looking for someone relaxed who's happy to get on with their own thing.
