Double room on George street

I’m looking for a flatmate for a chill environment household. It’s a small flat but the room available is quite large and has a lovely big window. Wooden floors everywhere and a unique layout (typical old town wibbly wobbly flat). I work pretty much full time running a vintage shop that is underneath the flat! I like to read and chill when I get home, maybe the occasional dinner party, but the flat is definitely not a party flat.
