I'm looking to rent out a room in my home with bills included (things like council tax), I came out as trans last year so anyone looking to rent would need to be ok with this, you would have access to the living room and garden as well as the room you were renting. House is close to shops and Ore station as well as around a 20 minute walk from the town center and the neighbours are nice. I work from home 4/5 days a week so I'm around most of the time.
