The room also comes with a 48inch smart tv and a huge 7ft antique mirror which makes a nice feature for the room. The house also has a newly renovated bathroom. The house also has lots of free parking directly outside. Strictly no drugs/smoking or heavy drinking. I will also require 6 months of payslips for proof of earnings. The house is a nice quiet place for tenants to come back to after work. Regular guests and large group gatherings are not permitted.
