Central Double Room in the West Hill

Hi!

I have a lovely bright double bedroom with a comfy bed, TV, ample storage and a desk. This room would suit a female lodger, as I feel more comfortable sharing my home with another woman.

The room is available from the 11th October for three months with the possibility of extending it, all going well.

The flat is in a great location — just 2 minutes from Ore Station and a short trip to Hastings town centre and the Old Town. It has three bedrooms, living room, a kitchen and a bathroom that we’ll share.

You’ll be living with me: I work part-time from home in an office role, and in my spare time I try to be an artist! I’m a quiet, considerate person and I’m looking for someone similar — though I enjoy a good chat too. Ideally, you’d work outside the house (not remotely), but that’s negotiable depending on what you do.

I enjoy cooking (and food sharing!), nature walks, meditation, and I’ve got a keen interest in psychology and nutrition.

I like doing walks in nature and meditation, also cooking and food sharing! I have many interests, psychology and nutrition are top of the list.
