- 17 mins from Hastings station
- 5 minute walk from Alexandra park,
- 20 minute walk to old town and seafront,
- Bus routes close by also.

I am a 35 year old professional , I work from home and my lurcher, the most cuddly dog accompanies me on many long walks. She is a rescue so she will keep herself to herself.

Looking for a lodger that is easy going and a professional also, perhaps with similar interests for some common ground! I would prefer someone who does not work from home. I like to let lodgers have their independence and own space as I do enjoy that , I do also like socialising and can switch between the two!
