Bright and clean newly decorated room

I have available a double room with a small double bed, plenty of storage room, and a small desk and chair, to eat at. The room is bright and clean overlooking the courtyard garden, which is a small area available to sit in if you are a smoker, or to eat, if the weather is fine., or just to enjoy sitting in.
There is a shared kitchen and bathroom, cupboard space in kitchen and shelf space in bathroom. All pots and utensils provided for cooking. The house is shared with two other quiet professional males which is why I prefer a male. The room is available immediately. Close to Ore train station and a local shop.
