Newly decorated room in shared house

Friendly and cheerful housemate wanted for shared house in Clive Vale. The available room faces the garden, has a new carpet and has been freshly painted. There's a lovely spacious kitchen, cozy living room and bathroom as well as a separate shower. I'm very easy going and you can bring your own pet as long as it gets on with my three cats. There's a reasonably sized garden at the back and a sunny space at the front. The bus stop is just round the corner. The journey to Hastings station takes about 10 minutes. You can also catch the train from Ore which is only a short walk away.
