I am a friendly, professional female looking for another professional female to share a house with in Clive Vale, Hastings.
About the house: enjoy the comfort of living in a renovated, bright, semi-detached Victorian house in a beautiful area of Hastings. The house in located next to Hastings Country Park, Old Town and Harbour (all within reach by foot in around 20 minutes or 10 minutes by bus; in fact the 321 bus is literally on your doorstep). The house is also conveniently located next to Ore village, where you will find plenty of supermarkets, pharmacies, a launderette and a post office.
You will have access to a shared kitchen, utility area with washing machine, dryer and fridge freezer, toilet, bathroom, patio and garden.
About your room: you’ll have the best room in the house! There is ample storage space, a dedicated working space, a super king sized bed, large floor area and green views towards the East Hill.
Rent is inclusive of all bills, including Wi-Fi, gas, electricity and council tax.
Sorry- no pets, smokers or couples. Females only. I am very happy to consider medical students studying at Conquest Hospital.
