Double room to let in shared family house

Lovely garden room in shared house with teacher owner and student daughter at home at times.
Parking available outside on street with ten minutes drive to hospital/town centre. Twenty minutes walk down to pubs and cafe’s of Old Town and twenty five mins walk to beach. This is a relaxed household, with a cute but shy cat. Shared kitchen/bathroom and living room. Large garden to sit in when the weather is a bit nicer. Comfortable furnished double room with desk, TV, plenty of shelving and room to move. We are vegetarian but don’t mind if you aren’t. Good location near bus stops in Clive Vale. Walkable to Ore shops/old town.
Happy for shorter or longer stays if needed. Will consider week time only rents for workers. References required please.
