Double room in spacious flat, near beach.

t’s a two-bedroom flat and the double room is available for £850 per month, bills included.
The second small bedroom is my room, but I'm seldom there. The flat is my main residence, but because of work and family commitments, I’m usually only there overnight around once a week, so you’d have a lot more privacy than in a typical flatshare, and would often feel like you had the place to yourself.
That’s why the rent is £850 bills included.
It’s still technically a shared flat, but in practice it’s a very private living arrangement, and we may not see eachother for weeks at a times.

When I was living here full time the bill was only £80 a month for gas and electric. If the the applicants gas and electric were to go above £150 a month, I’d need to charge the difference. I’d expect that to be very unlikely, but it’s just there to protect against unusually high usage.
