Single room in open plan house. £285 pcm

Right so the house is a three bedroom with open plan living area, kitchen living room and dinning room with a wood burner, three beds and bathroom upstairs. Garden to the back with garage and drive ( My car is insured to be in the garage so this wont be avaliable for you to use sorry!)Other parking is on the road at the front of the house. The room im looking to rent is at the front of the house, its an average size single for a three bed house, (So cats can be swung but I wouldn't advise it!) There is storage consisting of two large draws under the bed and a chest of draws, old school TV and digi box too!
There is good transport links near by with Ore train station at the bottom of the road, and regular buses, Would take about 20 minutes to walk into town, so not too far from the shops/pubs, Beneys or one stop shop the local shops are only a five minute walk too.

Now onto me, I work away in Canterbury 3/4 days a week in a childrens home, I have always worked with people and like it that way, I live with my friend Nicci who works long hours again in care. She works seasons in Ibiza so is not always here. We are quite laid back and enjoy a drink or two or three when we get the chance, we like a clean house so would like someone like minded in that, other wise the rest is left open........ get in touch if you like the sound of the house and come for a viewing and happy room hunting.
