Double eu suite bedroom with small roof terrace in fully furnished semi-detached property, a short walk from Hastings Town Centre and railway station. Shared use of lounge and well-equipped kitchen including Washing Machine, Tumble Dryer and Dish washer.
Inclusive of electricity, gas, water bills and council tax. Cutlery, pots and pans, plates etc and bed linen all included. Looking for non-smoking professional single or couple.
COUPLES: Please add £20 per week for an extra person if you are a couple.

The owners, Mike and Josie, do not reside at present in the house, but Mike, an artist, has a studio and office located on the middle floor of the 3 storey building, and works there during week days and occasional evenings. Therefore someone working Monday to Friday out of the house would be preferable to someone self-employed working from home all day.

SHORT TERMS: We are happy to accept very short occupancy such as one or two weeks only. This would be chargeable at £30 per person per night on a self-catering basis. Deposit £90 in advance.
