Description
Available soon, a quiet ground floor modest-sized bedroom as pictured. You could reconfigure the furnishings to suit your needs.
You would share a sunny kitchen-diner with washing machine and your own sink and fridge, & bath/shower room with a mature young professional vegetarian couple, who work various shifts including nights and weekends.
John and I are in our 70s, we're live in landlords but have a separate kitchen and bathroom. Our son lives upstairs. I am a carer and work some evening shifts. We all tend to be quiet and early to bed whenever we get the chance.
We are looking for a mature, independent full-time working lodger to complete our household. Piano player or garden enthusiast welcome.
We're vegetarians, but your diet is your own choice.
We have a couple of gerbils in a large cage in the living room along with two pianos, hence not much space to share the living room.
Free on-street parking outside the house when spaces are vacant, or further down the street, where the road is wider. Fair-sized front and back gardens, friendly and valued neighbours, one helps with the garden.
On bus routes to town, Conquest Hospital, Rye etc. Ore rail station not far, with trains to Ashford Brighton and London by three alternative routes.
Our local library has recently been saved from closure and we have superb fish and chips, cafes, building society, Aldi, Co-op, Tesco, launderette, all within walking distance.
