On the top floor, you will find two double bedrooms with new memory foam mattresses . The master being a 6ft wide super king .  

There are views across to East hill and the sea, from both floors , the beach with all its amenities 3 mins walk, free parking and large public car parks 5/10 mins walk or meter parking adjacent to the building which is free between the hours of 6pm through to 9am

Main line Trains to London/ Brighton are a 15 minute walk. 

With the Historic towns of Battle and Rye only a short journey away and an abundance of Castles, sandy beaches, steam trains and nature reserves there is plenty to explore in the area. 

This is a unique apartment in a perfect position. l am looking for a maximum occupancy of two people , who will appreciate the location and the furnishings and treat it with the upmost respect. This is my second home where I stay in the summer months.
