All bills fully included (water, tv license, council tax, broadband, WiFi utilities) except gas and electricity which is partly covered due to current variable rates. Landline also not included.

A cleaner also comes once every two weeks, this is non negotiable, which is also included in the cost.

Very much looking for a good tenant that will respect and look after the place.

A copy of passport, reference from employer and deposit will be required in advance. A contract will also need to be signed.
