The room itself has a double bed with headboard; side table with lamp; mirror; chest of drawers and wardrobe. The room is for single use only. No couples - sorry.
The house is a Victorian terraced house with 4 double bedrooms, 1 bathroom, 1 shower room and a separate toilet also; utility area, living room, kitchen/diner and garden. (3 toilets in total ). All bills are included which are fibre optic broadband with wifi, tv licence, electricity, gas, council tax, water and bi-weekly cleaning of communal areas. Looking for a person who gets on with other people and keeps the place clean and tidy. Non-smoker. This person needs to be in full time work and can provide references. Bus routes are 2, 21 & 23 at the end of the road and Ore train station is less than 5 minutes walk from the house. Parking is on the street.
