Quiet room very good location, parking

Very quiet spacey room , in an Edwardian house on Elphinstone road so very close to town and easy walking distance to station and old town .new double bed wardrobe ,bedside cabinet, draws and a dressing table and stool. Kitchen diner with use of ameneties . A lovely garden with decking to relax in the summer . Street parking or buses readily available. Oh yes and l am cat sitting my daughters cats so they are in the house for next couple of months.
