Lodger/House and Animal Sitter

I am looking for a lodger/house and animal sitter. I spend several months of the year overseas, normally in two stints so would like somebody that would live here as my lodger when I’m around and pay rent but would also stay here when I’m away and take care of the house and animals. During this time you would live here rent free. There would also be the option to just cover here whilst I’m away and then go off and do your own thing when I return so in effect, you would just be a part time house and animal sitter. This would ideally suit a couple that are living with family and would appreciate some time alone or somebody that works part time or works from home. You would need to be able to provide cover for the whole time I am away and to be committed to taking care of the house and animals i. e. walking the dog, locking the birds up each day before dusk to keep them safe from the fox. The location is very rural so a car would be a must. I have dogs, cats and birds. The finer details could be discussed in person.
