Rural area with walks, woods and fields. It's a 5 minute stroll to the shops and 20 Minutes to the beach.

Utility (gas, water, electric) & internet bills would be split evenly between housemates, as with cleaning of common areas and purchase of household items for said areas.

We keep the place tidy and it's awesome.
