Lovely, huge, light, airy, quiet, private, safe garden house WITHOUT bathroom but WITH full use of bathroom, laundry etc in the main house.

Garden house is at the end of 100ft garden. This will involve a walk up the garden to the main house to shower, toilet and use laundry. Its a bit like glamping!

Own kitchen with sink, hot/cold/boiling hot water tap. Ultra fast wifi, heating, fridge, kettle, cooking facilities. Smart wall mounted TV.

Essentially a self contained flat but you'll use lovely shower, bathroom facilites in the main house.

House share vibe but the privacy of your own home in the garden house. Must have a DBS.

Only additional bill to pay is electricity. To be discussed.
