Description

Double room with built in wardrobe space available from February 2025. Would suit single person or couple.

There is an option of a combination of a double room with smaller single room adjacent as well which then opens it up for single parents with regular child visits for example, or even a couple with a young child.

The house itself is relatively modern and the rooms can be freshly decorated or left for personalisation.

Situated in a quiet close 2 minutes walk from the main Heathfield high street and supermarkets.

Parking for one extra car is available but not private - I have never had an issue parking two cars in the 5 years I have lived here.

The landlord (me) is a 43yo male that works a mixture of days at home and days in office. Regularly walking the dog or exercising. Normally up and about early (around 5am) either for dog walking or exercise out of the house.

I have a teenage daughter but she lives abroad visiting once or twice a year for short periods but with plenty of notice.

I eat a healthy mainly pescatarian diet and am very focussed on my own health and wellbeing.

I don’t drink alcohol either and would prefer applicants with a similar approach to life in general, but it isn’t a dry house so meat eaters and people who drink will still be considered.

No smokers though I’m afraid, and I’m not keen on vapes either, definitely not in the house.

The pet - a 4yo Golden Retriever, very friendly with adults and gentle with kids, also friendly with other friendly dogs so dog owners welcome to get in touch.

The main bathroom is on the first floor, there is a second toilet on the ground floor.

The garden is a decent size but needs a sort out (which I plan to do in nicer weather, but someone who might want to help with this would be a bonus!).

It gets amazing views of the sunsetting and stays light until the latest part of the day.

Bills are not included and the split will depend on circumstances and arrangement with rooms but it is not an overly expensive house to run and has a fibre broadband supply.

3 months minimum commitment required and happy to review after that for longer term if needed and agreeable to all.
