Clean double bedroom in attractive 30's house

We have a relaxed and friendly home and love animals, so are happy for someone to have a child friendly pet as long as they're house trained.

My young son (20months) and I are looking for someone to share our home so you will need to like little children - or one, at least. He's very well natured and happy most of the time.

Happy for full time or part time room rental and full, part or unfurnished.

Shared lounge with Sky+, kitchen, utility (including washing machine, drier, dishwasher), bathroom and 2 loos. Off-street parking and south facing garden with patio. Wireless broadband and printer. Weekly cleaner.

The house is 2 minutes walk to the high street so very convenient for all shops, and communting to Tunbridge Wells, Eastbourne, Hastings or other nearby towns.

We have one lodger moving into the upstairs room shortly, but the downstairs double is still available to the right person.
