Single and double room for rent

I have a single and a double room available for rent.
Those two rooms share a main bathroom and then as a house we would share a front room/ kitchen/ dining room and garden.
I will furnish both of the rooms ready for the tenant to move in.
, in the next few weeks.
There is one car parking space available in front of the garage but also plenty of visitor bays and parking on the main road.
I have a boxer dog who lives here with me half the week and I work almost a 4 on 4 off pattern of days and nights so I am also out of the house for a fair amount of time.
