Four individual FULL TIME STUDENTS required for a lovely mixed student house share in Fiveways. The rooms are available 1 September 2024 - 1 Sep 2025 with a possibility to renew the contract next year. The rooms have double beds and recently purchased neutral Ikea furnishings and carpet. There are 3 rooms upstairs and 2 rooms downstairs. Each room is furnished for a student and has a desk, shelving, an office chair and desk lighting.

The house is a well maintained Victorian house with a bathroom with shower, washbasin and toilet and there is also a separate toilet and washbasin next to the main bathroom. The kitchen is well equipped with a washer, separate dryer, two fridges, range cooker, freezer and microwave. There are new carpets throughout and the landlord stays on top of the maintenance.

About the housemates…it is intended as a mixed house. The current student is a mature student studying politics at Brighton University. This house share is for student only and would suit any post graduates, mature students or final year undergraduate from Sussex, Brighton or BIMM.

The house is registered with Brighton Council as an HMO and has all the valid electrical, gas and EPC certificates.

The rent is £598 per calendar month payable by direct debit. The deposit is £598 and is registered with a deposit protection scheme. Bills are extra and more guidance on the amount will be given when you view the house. To stay in the house you must have evidence of either being a current student or having a definite offer of a place for a full time degree course.

No council tax is payable as everyone in the house will be a full time student.
