The bathroom has a shower, washbasin and toilet, and there is also a separate toilet and washbasin next to the main bathroom.

The kitchen is well equipped with a washer, separate dryer, two fridges, a range-cooker, freezer and microwave.

There are new carpets throughout, and the landlord stays on top of the maintenance.

This house share is for students only, and would suit any postgraduates, mature students or final year undergraduates from Sussex, Brighton or BIMM. To stay in the house, you must have evidence of either being a current student or having a definite offer of a place for a full-time degree course.

The rent is £650 per calendar month, payable by direct debit. The deposit is £650 and is registered with a deposit protection scheme. Bills are extra, and more guidance on the amount will be given when you view the house. No council tax is payable, as everyone in the house is a full-time student.

The house is registered with Brighton Council as an HMO and has all the valid electrical, gas and fire safety certificates.

The house is a five minute walk to the bus stop gif the centre of Brighton and local shops and cafes. Easy to get to both Sussex University and Brighton University. LGBTQ friendly.
