Double room available in family home

Double room available in family home with myself and my two adult “children”.

The room is currently set up with 2 single beds, one of which could be used a sofa if preferred, but would also be open to switching out the two beds for a double if you have one to bring (I am open to couples also, but I would have to ask £200 per week for the extra expenses).

We have 2 bathrooms so although the upstairs bathroom is not en suite it is generally available most of the time.

We do have pets - 2 dogs, 1 cat and a parrotlet, so not suitable for anyone with pet allergies, but we are willing to accept pets as long as they are able to get on with our own pets.

I am a qualified psychotherapist, partly working out and partly from home online.

My two sons are 19 and 20. Both are neurodivergent and my 20year old is trans, so we are very open-minded and understanding of differences.

Looking for a lodger to move in asap, but we are having electrical work done until approx. the 17-18th. If you were desperate to move in immediately, I can accommodate that, but you’d have to be ok with the work being done while you’re here.

Current lodgers have just left because they were a couple from Czechia who needed a place to stay for 1 semester while one of them was on an exchange at Sussex Uni. They have returned to Czechia now her semester is over.
