Shared use of Living room, Bathroom, Kitchen, Washing machine, Dryer, Dishwasher, Freezer.
Garden is available for use.

University and Language Students welcome.
Buses to City Centre take 15mins, arrive every 10mins
Buses to Brighton University and Sussex University take about 15-20mins.
Big Supermarket nearby about 400m
Free street parking
Travelling by bike to city centre or Preston park trainstation is no problem.
There is a place to secure your bike if you require.
