We have a room available in our house in Hollingbury, Brighton.
It is a single sized room . Suitable for 1 person available for £100 per week
This is payable every 4 weeks. with 2 weeks deposit required.
This includes all bills Gas, Elec, Water, Tv and Wifi.
Resonable use of utilities is expected.
Shared use of Living room, Bathroom, Kitchen, Washing machine, Dryer, Dishwasher, Freezer.
Garden is available for use.
Quiet Area to live in.
Non-Smokers only please.
University and Language Students welcome.
Buses to City Centre take 15-20mins, arrive every 10mins
Buses to Brighton University and Sussex University take about 15-20mins.
Big Supermarket nearby about 400m
Free street parking
Travelling by bike to city centre or preston park trainstation is no problem.
There is a place to secure your bike if you require.
Ideally the best way to contact me is through Spareroom or Whatsapp , as i'm not always able to answer the phone during the daytime.
