4 double rooms available in 6 bed house

Hello

We have 4 rooms available is a beautiful 6 bedroom house in hollingbury right by fiveways.

Room 2 is a good sized small double on the first floor. It comes unfurnished but with a chest of drawers. This room is £550.00 PCM and is available Early May.

Room 3 is a large spacious double room on the 1st floor that comes unfurnished except for a large wardrobe and has a sink. This room is £650.00 PCM and is available early June.

Room 4 is a good sized attic room on the 3rd floor. It comes partly furnished. This room is £550.00 PCM and is available mid june

The house comes with a shared bathroom with a shower, toilet and sink on the first floor and a separate shower and toilet on the ground floor.

The house has an open plan kitchen/living room with a large fridge freezer with individual shelves, washing machine and dishwasher, and individual cupboard space for each tennant.

There is also a large garden. If anyone is green fingered I'd be happy to learn as this is a lovely space to use in the summer. There is also a washing line in the garden with plenty more space for drying clothes outdoors.

There is also a space for bikes underneath the house so they wouldn't need to be left outside, which is a big bonus!!!!

Bills include council tax (band D), gas, electricity, water and Internet, paid monthly, and are approximately £80-£100 each a month. Each housemate is responsible for a bill so we are looking for someone prepared to take on responsibility of 1 bill within the house.
Students will be considered but due to council tax exemption non students would be preferred. However getting the right person for the house is most important.

Tucked away on a quiet road in hollingbury, there is free onroad parking and local shops and pubs in hollingbury and fiveways.
Bus stop is 2 mins or 5 mins away and go directly to London road shops and the city centre. Situated half way between London road and lewes road there are plenty of options for supermarkets, pubs and cafes, with lewes road bus stops going to the universities and the marina.

We also have the added bonus of been right by hollingbury park and woods and the south downs which are beautiful to walk and just a short walk to blakers park and preston park both with lovely pubs nearby.

This is a relaxed, respectful house and we share cleaning responsibilities so looking for housemates with the same ethos for a clean space.

Myself and Jan will be your housemates. Sometimes we socialize together in the house or at the local pub but also are very happy in our own spaces.
