Resonable use of utilities is expected.
Shared use of Living room, Bathroom, Kitchen, Washing machine, Dryer, Fridge/Freezer.

Quiet Area to live in.

University and Language Students welcome.
Buses(5B+26) to City Centre take 15-20mins, arrive every 10mins
Buses(5B) to Brighton University and Sussex University take about 15-20mins.
