En suite loft room with breathtaking views

Spacious private loft room with own en suite and private staircase , would prefer one person, not a couple,

The owner, Amanda lives on the first floor and there is a lovely big kitchen diner and lounge on ground floor for your use.
There is an adjoining office/snug/kitchenette that connects with loft room and both rooms have own private door
We are on a bus route to central Brighton and close to shops , medical centre and country walks ,
It is a friendly home and a dog lover preferred as I plan to get a dog soon.
