The house is empty from Monday to Friday. At weekends I am there with my two boys (age 12 and 13). Therefore the house is very quiet during the week and you’d have it all to yourself and weekends it’s a bit more noisy although we are out most of the time. I am putting the house on the market so the room may not be available long term and it would need to be available to be viewed by prospective buyers (with ample notice) so would suit someone looking for short term.
