Very Large, Light Room with En Suite

This huge room which is the whole top floor of the house has dual aspect windows so has fantastic light and a wonderful view of the downs. It is walking distance to local amenities such as supermarkets, post office, cafes etc. there are several bus services within a few minutes walk to get to the city centre or the university. Although I am a live in landlord I am only at the house very rarely due to working elsewhere. There is a shared kitchen and lounge and use of the back garden too.
