Hello! This is an ad for a double room on Stephens Road (BN1 7ER) and will be available from the 12th of September. This is in a 5 bed house share with 4 other tenants, they are students at Waterbear.

The room is upstairs on the second floor, with a small bathroom next door. It’s furnished with a bedframe, mattress, wardrobe, chest of drawers, desk and chair. It’s a shared living room downstairs with a separate kitchen, and a lovely garden with a patio.

The house is a 35-40 minute walk to Brighton Town, a 25 minute bus ride with the number 20, a 15 minute walk to Lewes Road Aldi and Sainsbury’s and a 5 minute walk from the Wild Park Nature Reserve.

The house is in council tax band: C and the letting agents will require a £700 deposit and rent is £719.51 a month with bills included (unlimited heating, water, electric, and wifi) which will be deposited by direct debit on the 12th of every month. First month’s rent will be paid with the deposit 5 weeks before the move in date.
