Hello,

I have a small double bedroom to let in a 4 bedroom house. The room is currently furnished with a double bed, bedside cabinet, chest of drawers, wardrobe and a desk. It also has a view of the South Downs.

The house has 2 bathrooms, a utility room, a shared open planned kitchen / living room and a garden.

There is a driveway in front of the house which can be used as well as free parking on the street. There are couple of bus routes that are within waking distance of the property.

Rent is inclusive of bills (Broadband, gas, electricity, water and council tax).
