I have a good size double bedroom available. The room can be furnished or unfurnished depending on your needs.

If you are looking for a Monday to Friday contract I would be happy to consider that.

I live with my labrador who is very well behaved at home.

The bedroom comes furnished with a wardrobe and a double bed. Off street parking available on my road. )if you would prefer the room to be unfurnished that is possible also).

Electricity, gas, water and broadband included - would just need to pay for council tax

Really good bus connections into town and the stop is a couple of minutes walk from my home.

Also if you are a commuter living in Hollingbury makes it an ideal location with great access to the a27 and a23 here!
