The flat is fully furnished and inclusive of all bills including a cleaner. There is secure storage for bikes. Parking is permit but no waiting lists.

The flat is on the 1st floor and looks out over the BASVIC playing fields/Hove Green Park.

There is a shared bathroom, which has a deep bath and a separate shower cubicle. The shower is a thermostatic mixer which runs from the combi boiler so its nice and powerful.

There is two integrated full size fridge freezers, only two people share each one so plenty of space.
The is a 6 ring hob and extractor allowing more than one person to cook at the same time.
There is a double oven, combination microwave, slow cooker hand blender and other kitchen gadgets.

Washing machine and heat pump tumble dryer (low energy use/easy on the environment)

There is plenty of cupboard space for food storage. Each room has a minimum of 2 deep pan drawers each.

Dining area
There is a dining table and 4 chairs in the bay window overlooking the park.

Lounge area
The lounge area contains a 6 seat comfortable corner sofa and large foot stool.
There is a 50inch plasma flat screen TV, Blu-ray player, TV is available through an Amazon Fire TV stick.

Broadband
The flat also has Virgin unlimited broadband with Wi-Fi on a 400mb line.

Cleaning
A cleaner visits every fortnight to clean the communal areas. The cost is included in the rent

Travel and Connections
There is plenty of street parking on the side streets. Silverdale and Ferndale road.. Zone O parking which has no waiting list for permits which cost approximately £200 per year from the council (depending on vehicle, check BHCC website for details).
Local buses run frequently into Brighton Centre and other areas. There is a bus stop right in front of the flat.

Brighton or Hove mainline train stations are both approximately 15 mins walk away with direct line access to London.

Locality
The flat is about 5 mins walk to the seven dials area which is a lively part of town with lots of shops and bars.
Hove Green park is directly opposite the flat
