Double bedroom in 3 bed house in Hove

A double bedroom has become available in our three bed lovely house. Our friend is moving out and we are looking for a professional to move in the next few weeks.

The bedroom comes with a built in wardrobe. It is £450/month to be paid to the landlord directly and around £90/month for bills (energy, water, council tax, internet).

The house has a big kitchen and living room and a lovely garden. We all share a bathroom as well, but we are quite organised and it never creates problems.

Less than 5 min from Portland Road

We are looking for someone who enjoys living in a shared house (we are proud to call it a home!), but also respects each others privacy and alone time.

Males would be preferred, as we'd love to keep it a bit balanced, but we are open to anyone really.
